Symptoms: drowsiness or dizziness

Skin contact

Remove affected clothing and wash all exposed skin area with mild soap and water, followed by warm water rinse.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Obtain medical attention if pain, blinking or redness persists.

Symptoms: pain, blinking or redness

Ingestion

Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting.

Symptoms: May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.

Immediate Medical Attention

Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.

Medical Treatment

May result in aspiration into the lungs, causing chemical pneumonia.

05

Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Foam. Dry powder. Carbon dioxide. Water spray. Sand.

Unsuitable media

Do not use a heavy water stream.

Specific hazards

Flammable liquid and vapour. Flammable liquid. and on exposure to temperature rise: pressure rise and possible bursting of container.

Instructions

Avoid (reject) fire-fighting water to enter environment. Use water spray or fog for cooling exposed containers.

Firefighter Protection

Do not enter fire area without proper protective equipment, including respiratory protection. All fire-fighting personnel must wear safety suits.

Handling and Storage

Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements

Handling

Handle empty containers with care because residual vapours are flammable. Collect spilled polymer: It could cause falls (Danger of slipping). Use only non-sparking tools. Do not breathe vapours.

Storage

Keep container tightly closed. Handling and storage. National regulations.

Hygiene

Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.

08

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Provide local exhaust or general room ventilation to minimize vapour concentrations.

Hands

Wear suitable gloves resistant to chemical penetration. EN 374. Recommendation. Nitrile rubber gloves. 6 (> 480 minutes)

Eyes

Chemical goggles or safety glasses

Respiratory

Where exposure through inhalation may occur from use, respiratory protection equipment is recommended. [In case of inadequate ventilation] wear respiratory protection. Half mask with gas filter Type A filter material. CEN standards EN 136, 140 and 405 provide breathing masks and EN 149 and 143 provide recommendations to use filters.

Skin/Body

Long sleeved protective clothing

Environmental

Do not flush into surface water or sewer system.
